CarrierBid is comprised of former ILEC (phone company) and CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) employees. Our professionals know the ins and outs of the major carriers and their competition because we've worked for those companies. We obtain multiple quotes, from multiple providers, and present you with the top three solutions. If you decide to move ahead, we'll assign a Project Manager to oversee your installation. Our Project Managers have managed hundreds of installations so they know what to look out for and who to contact if there is a problem. After your service is up and running, we'll provide you with a single point of contact to call for service changes, product support and to report trouble.
