There are three levels of CarrierBid Agents:

Referral Agents: If you'd like to refer sales leads to a CarrierBid representative, we will run sales appointments, create sales proposals and contracts…everything necessary to win the business and get you paid. A CarrierBid Project Manager will also manage your installations from start to finish. After the new service is in and working; your client will be assigned a single point of contact to call for service changes, product support and to report trouble. You can rest assured that your client will be well cared for

Sales Agents: If you choose to remain your client’s single point of contact and would like to manage just the initial sales process through contract signature, CarrierBid will provide order support with a Project Manager who will manage your installations from start to finish. You client will also be assigned a single point of contact to call for service changes, product support and to report trouble.

End-to-End Agents:
For those Agents who are highly experienced with a carrier(s) (most likely a former carrier employee) and wish to manage their clients entire experience from sales through installation and not utilize any of CarrierBid' resources, we will supply access to all of the necessary carrier pricing, product information, contracts, ordering systems, etc and can recommend contracted back office support to help manage your orders and installations. You can also choose to do your own Project Management and ordering. This option leverages our extensive carrier agent agreements but is strictly for very highly experienced agents.
