Are we resellers?

No. CarrierBid professionals are independent consultants representing your company’s best interests. We have agency relationships with over 25 different carriers so that we can offer the best solutions from each company to meet our customers specific needs. We're authorized to represent these carriers, sell their services and help manage the installation.

Why use an agent instead of a direct rep from a carrier?

CarrierBid representatives have more experience than most direct reps and are vested in your company’s long term satisfaction. CarrierBid provides the benefit of experience and unbiased information. A direct rep is paid a one-time commission to sign your account and then is required to secure other new business. Carriers have high turnover. If your rep is still with their company six months after your sale, they will have little incentive to continue to work with you. CarrierBid professionals earn a residual commission, over time, not a one-time payment like a direct rep. CarrierBid will be there for the long term.

 

Will the bill come from CarrierBid or from the carrier?

The bill will come from the carrier. CarrierBid acts as an intermediary to simply make the whole process easier for our customers.

Will a CarrierBid technician install the service?

No. The technician from the chosen carrier will install the service but will be managed by a CarrierBid Project Manager to ensure your satisfaction.

Why not follow your phone vendor’s or I.T. professional’s advice?

Phone vendors and I.T. consultants are frequently courted by agents. Their area of expertise is in the equipment you use, not the network. What appears to be a recommendation, too often is a business deal.
